Nature of business:	This confidential Council meeting is being called to: 1. Provide an update from the board of Crankworx 2. Approve a service delivery contract – electricity prices- fixed price. The information to be provided/decision required cannot be held until the next scheduled Council meeting as the direction and decision is required no later than Monday 4th October.
